OK, I’m back working on Sweeney Todd images. First the Rogue Hard Drive filled up on me and had to be replaced with a much larger one (should have seen that coming) and the very next day my computer back-up drive failed – only 2 months after warranty was up (bugger). Sweeney images are something of a new ball game for me – not like selecting images for Rogue vaudeville performances at all. Fortunately both Lilli and Nan help a lot there. I spent some time figuring out a work-flow for B&Ws of the show, focusing on making Nan’s show hb book – then converted to pdf eBook. 

The intro image is one of a number of exposures from the performances that Lilli (show Director) selected out. I’ll try to work those up first. It is from the “Green Finch and Linnet Bird” song sequence, sung by Moxie.

Below are three backstage images from just prior to the performance – vocal exercises supervised by Bre and Conductor (Jarett Rettman) led orchestra warm-ups…

From this point forward, Sweeney images will still be posted on our FaceBook but not shared to "This is Havre de Grace" or "You Know You’re from Havre de Grace When”.

Thanks are owed to Nan for hours of “editing”. In three performances plus a dress rehearsal, approximately six thousand exposures were made. These had to be trimmed back in stages. These were “edited” down to a little over 1,000. For this Nan was invaluable. Then after loading into my software, the collection was fine tuned down to the the final 668 images given to Rogue in the form of color jpegs – Nan spending even more hours heping out. My b&w files are taken from the original RAW files.
