The first goal in any shoot, in the back of the mind of any b&w photographer, is to end up woth one or two worthy images, additions to his exhibition collection. I believe I’ve got a couple from the this 10th Anniversary Vaudeville performance, the fastest paced performance of theirs yet. AWith performance shooting, a close second is wanting to do right by one’s subjects. The results can be the best record there will ever be of a work of stage art.

As much as I like this “Mein Herr” series, I have to caution – none stand up to very much enlargement. They are all from a considerably small portion of the original exposure.
